Create a full week of content on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Queue your entire week in one session. Drag posts across days, set time slots, and let the scheduler handle delivery. Text, carousels, video, threads. Every format lands in the same queue.
Posting daily shouldn't mean
showing up daily.
Consistency wins on LinkedIn® and X. But posting live, every day, at the right time, is a job. Most people start strong and quietly fall off.
Manual posting doesn't scale
Logging in every morning to publish is the first thing to slip on a busy week. Miss a few days and the algorithm forgets you.
Your formats live in five places
A carousel in one tool, a thread draft in notes, a post draft in another tab. Nothing shares a calendar, so nothing ships on time.
Formats scattered across 5+ tools, none on a shared calendar
Wrong time, wasted post
You finally publish, at 11pm, to an empty feed. Timing is half the result, and guessing it is a losing game.
Most posts get 80% of their reach in the first 60 minutes.
One calendar. Your whole
content engine.
Batch on Sunday, publish all week. The scheduler turns a pile of ideas into a queue that runs itself, while you stay in control of every word.
Build a repeatable weekly rhythm.
Set the slots you want to hit each week, once. Lesson on Monday, thread on Tuesday, carousel on Wednesday. The scheduler holds the shape of your week and you just fill it in.
- Recurring time slots per channel
- Batch a month at a time in plan mode
- Drag any post to a new day or time
Write once. Publish to LinkedIn® and X together.
Compose in one place and cross-post in a click. The scheduler adapts each post to the channel and keeps your voice intact, then drops it into the same shared queue as everything else.
- Cross-post to LinkedIn®, X, and Threads
- Carousels, video, text, and threads in one queue
- Every draft written in your voice profile
1. Status-update meetings — a Friday async doc.
2. "Open-door" Slack — office hours twice a week...
Publish the moment your audience is online.
Reepl learns when your specific audience engages and recommends the slot for each post. Schedule to the peak, or let the optimizer pick it for you. No more posting into the void.
- Per-audience best-time recommendations
- Auto-schedule to the optimal slot
- Timezone-aware across every channel
Everything that keeps the queue running.
The details that turn a calendar into a system you can actually keep up with.
Auto-fill the gaps
Empty slot on Friday? Andy fills it from your idea feed, so the queue is never bare.
The full hero, anywhere
Calendar, queue, and time-slot picker travel with you in the Chrome extension and the mobile web app.
Team approvals
Drafts route to you before they ship. Approve, edit, or send back without leaving the queue.
Drafts & versions
Every edit is saved. Roll back a post, or reuse last month's best performer in one click.
Holiday mode
Going off-grid? Pause the queue and it resumes on the day you set, automatically.
Questions, answered
Everything you need to know before connecting Reepl to your LinkedIn® and X. If something isn't covered here, reach us at hello@reepl.io — we typically reply within a few hours.
Does Reepl post automatically, or do I have to confirm?
Scheduled posts publish automatically at the time you set, through the official LinkedIn® and X APIs using your authorized account. You schedule it once and it ships, no need to be online. If you'd rather review first, you can switch any slot to "notify me to publish" instead.
Which formats can I schedule?
Text posts, carousels (PDF documents), images, video, and X threads, all from the same queue. Each format keeps its native look on the platform you publish to.
Can I post to LinkedIn® and X at the same time?
Yes. Compose once and cross-post to LinkedIn®, X, and Threads. Reepl adapts the post to each channel's format and length while keeping it in your voice.
How does the "best time to post" feature work?
Reepl analyzes when your own audience has historically engaged and recommends the optimal slot for each post. You can schedule to that peak manually, or let the optimizer place posts for you. It's timezone-aware across every channel.
Is scheduling safe for my LinkedIn® account?
Yes. Posts publish through LinkedIn®'s official API with your authorized token, never through browser automation or scraping. Reepl never likes, comments, connects, or messages on your behalf.
Can my team approve posts before they go out?
On Teams plans, drafts route through an approval flow. Team members submit, you review and approve from the queue, and only approved posts ship. Each workspace has its own brand kit and queue.
