What are credits in Reepl, and how do they work?
Credits are the unit Reepl uses to meter AI work. Every generated post, carousel, reply, or Andy action costs a small number of credits. Each paid plan includes a monthly pool, and you can watch real-time usage from settings. Most users never come close to their limit.
How does the free trial work, and do I need a credit card to sign up?
Your 3-day free trial starts automatically when you sign up for the first time, with full access to your selected plan's features and 100 credits to explore everything: all AI capabilities, integrations, and automation tools. We don't ask for a credit card during the trial, so you can try the platform at zero risk.
What benefits do Reepl's subscription plans offer?
Paid plans unlock the full content workflow: the AI Co-Pilot, carousel generator, content calendar, engagement assistant, analytics, and integrations. Premium and Max add the Andy agent, the Claude / ChatGPT MCP connector, BYOK model access, and higher usage caps.
When are credits deducted from my balance?
Credits are deducted only when an AI action completes successfully, such as generating a draft, grading a post, or running an Andy task. Browsing, scheduling, and editing existing content never cost credits.
How does using my own OpenAI API key affect credit usage?
On Premium and Max you can bring your own key (BYOK). When you connect your own Claude or OpenAI account, those generations are billed to your provider instead of your Reepl credit pool, so your monthly credits last considerably longer.
Do credits reset or expire?
Your plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period. Purchased add-on credits carry a one-year validity and roll over month to month, so they stack on top of your plan quota rather than expiring at the cycle boundary.
What happens if I use up all my credits?
Nothing breaks. You can keep using everything that doesn't require AI generation, and you can top up instantly with add-on credits or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll nudge you before you run out.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from settings at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Does Reepl offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If Reepl isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll process a full refund.
