"[Time Period] ago, I was officially diagnosed with [Condition/Topic].\n\nIt didn’t come as a surprise to me, my [Group/Family] has an interesting history with [Related Context]. \n\nSo I went on a practical journey to make sure I wasn’t controlled by these random [Number] letters. \n\nHere are [Number] ways I achieved [Goal/Outcome]. 👇 \n\n1. Say what you’re going to do out loud!\n\nBefore I did a task, I would say out loud my intention and the time I gave it.\n\n”In the next [Time Frame], I am going to have finished [Task]”\n\nIt was my way of telling my brain, this is what it’s meant to focus on.\n\n2. Get a silent friend.\n\nI would meet up with a friend and just sit and get work done.\n\nIf I couldn’t, I’d video call using something like [Tool/Service] and just have another person on screen working with me too.\n\nYou tend to perform better when you feel someone is around.\n\n3. Use 1 tab.\n\nI used to suffer from the “Curse of a Billion Tabs”.\n\nI’d start working and suddenly be on my [Number]th tab reading something unnecessary.\n\nTo solve this, I only had 1 tab open at any time.\n\nThis made work slightly slower but way more effective.\n\n4. You are not your thoughts.\n\nYou can’t fight your random thoughts. Everyone has them.\n\nBut you can choose to act on them.\n\nAnytime I had random thoughts of something else I should be doing, I’d say \n\n“I choose not to act on that”\n\nIn doing this, you’re reinforcing your identity as someone who can’t be easily distracted.\n\n5. Create a focus environment.\n\nA distracted space is a distracted mind.\n\nI made sure all my work areas were exceptionally clean meaning all I had to do was the work.\n\nThe only thing on the table should be whatever you need to get work done.\n\nUnfortunately, [Condition/Topic] is a phrase thrown around a lot but for those who genuinely do have it, I hope some of my methods can help you win the day.\n\nIf you think this helps you or someone you love, share this with them and follow me, [Your Name], for more. ♻️ \n\nI also share more of this in my weekly newsletter. "“A [metaphor or saying]” 🤔\n\nThis [source] is a reminder: you don’t grow by staying comfortable.\n\nWhen you stick to the same approach, it’s like sticking to one [analogy] while there’s a whole world of [related concept] to explore. \n\nReal growth comes when you’re willing to:\n → step out\n → stack new skills\n → keep pushing the limits.\n\nThat’s when you embark on your [process or journey].\n\nThe [Process or Journey]:\n\n👉 [Initial Stage] (Limited Perspective)\n\nAt first, it feels like your way is the best—until you step outside and realize how much you don’t know. Sticking to the familiar just keeps you in a narrow view.\n\n👉 [Realization Stage] (Realization)\n\nExposure to new ideas shows you how much more there is to learn. Every skill you add expands your foundation and broadens your perspective.\n\n👉 [Experimentation Stage] (Practice & Experimentation)\n\nAs you get your hands dirty, you start combining skills in new ways. This isn’t about following a recipe; it’s about creating your own.\n\n👉 [Mastery Stage] (Mastery)\n\nAt this stage, you’re not just stacking skills—you’re blending them naturally. Mastery comes when you can pull from all your experiences and create something truly unique.\n\nDon’t let comfort hold you back!\n\nTrue [process or journey] is about making yourself 1% better every day, picking up new perspectives and fresh tools along the way.\n\nWhat’s the next [element] you’re adding to your [process or journey]? 👊\n\n_________\n\nRepost to empower your network to learn something new ♻️\n\nAnd follow me, [Your Name], for more [topic] tips!\n\nMore of this in my weekly newsletter and it's absolutely free!\n[Newsletter Link]"
