Does Boolean search work in LinkedIn® Jobs?

Yes. LinkedIn® Jobs supports Boolean operators in the keyword search field. Most job seekers don't know this and miss out on a powerful way to filter results.

What's the difference between AND and OR in job search?

AND narrows results (the listing must include both terms). OR broadens results (the listing can include either term). Use OR for synonymous job titles and AND for required skills.
